• Yoga For Caregivers

Early in Reagan’s diagnosis, Erin found yoga to be just the “therapy” she needed to cope with the stressors of medically complex parenting. While never intending to teach yoga, she embarked on a 200-yoga teacher training to strengthen her practice and commit to self-care. Through her training, she found her love for sharing the practice of yoga with those on a similar journey to herself. Dates are to be determined.

  • Purple Pumpkin Project & More

Rea of Hope organizes and takes part in various events and initiatives throughout the year.

The Annual Toy Drive is one that supports Nemours Children’s Health in Wilmington, and Raegan’s dedicated team. These individuals are invested in the children and community of Nemours. We are so grateful for them.

In addition to larger initiatives like the Toy Drive, Rea of Hope also hosts smaller pop-up events such as lemonade stands and awareness campaigns such as the Purple Pumpkin Project. This project began back in 2012 and has spread thoughout the US. Learn more about our families’ commitment to the Purple Pumpkin Project.

  • Monthly Parent Coffee Meet-Ups

Rea of Hope Monthly Coffee Meet-Ups provide a supportive space for parents and caregivers of children with epilepsy to connect, share experiences, and offer encouragement.
